| 2013 Elite Sports Ohio Summer Camps |
| Setter Training July 9th 9:00-11:30am $45.00 7th-12th For setters that wish to train at a higher level. Serious training atmosphere helps to develop your setting technique. You will be trained in foot speed, accuracy, hand placement, and game strategy. |
| Hitter Training July 9th 12:30-3:00pm $45.00 7th-12th For all front row players regardless of exact hitting position. This camp will enable athletes to become more dynamic hitters by learning advanced techniques. |
| Defensive/Passer Training July 11th 9:00-11:30am $45.00 7th-12th This camp focuses on the skills and techniques to become a more effective defensive player. The camp will focus on defense and serve receive as well as some setting and other skills commonly used by top liberos in college. |
| Blocking and Hitting July 11th 12:30-3:00pm $45.00 7th-12th This camp will enable athletes to become more dynamic hitters and blockers by learning advanced techniques. Skills addressed include footwork, arm swing mechanics, positional breakdown, eye sequencing, transition offense and offensive /blocking systems. |
| Ball Control & Movement July 23rd 9:00-11:30am $45.00 7th-12th This camp is for athletes that want a chance of training like an international player and teams do. This will break down specific training utilized by Brazilian and Chinese teams that will help athletes in this area improve their games. |
| Attacking & Passing Camp July 23rd 12:30-3:00pm $45.00 7th-12th This camp is geared towards players want to be the outside hitters for their team. The camp will focus on passing and hitting mechanics, while focusing on transitional footwork to make athletes a more dynamic hitter. |
| Serving and Passing July 25th 9:00-11:30am $45.00 7th-12th This camp will teach serving and passing techniques that will allow athletes to become more effective and consistent. Emphasis will be put on jump float serving and serving for accuracy in all areas of the court. While focusing on movement and proper body position and footwork. |
| Setters and Hitters Camp July 25th 12:30-3:00pm $45.00 7th-12th This camp is for setters and hitters that want to focus on their timing and contact point. It’s a great camp to focus on repetitions. Setters will set over 500- 1000 balls and hitters will get numerous repetitions |
| Aggressive Serving Camp This is a serving camp that focuses on the interrancies of aggressive serving and technique to make you a more effective serving specialist. Focusing on Hand positioning, contact point, spot serving and short serving. Session #1 and #2 focus on standing float serving. Session #3 will focus on jump serving. | Training Camp This camp will work on the on the major skills of volleyball. Focusing on Serving, Passing and Hitting. This is great way to focus on your skills right before tryouts. This camp will be instructed by Monica McDonald Head Coach Otterbein University, Head Coach Canton Central Catholic Brandon Thewes and Head Coach St. Thomas Aquinas Alyssa Thewes and their staffs and current players.
